On 24th January 2012 KPN announced that it has reached agreements with AURELIUS on the acquisition and partnership of parts of Getronics International in Europe and APAC and with OpenGate Capital for the Getronics International business in Latin America (LATAM).

We are pleased to announce this next step in implementing the international strategy and strengthening the Getronics Workspace Alliance (GWA). With AURELIUS and OpenGate Capital, we have partners to strengthen the Getronics International businesses and the international GWA alliance network.
